Today, technology is removing face to face interactions.  At Abacoa CPAs we realize that our clients still want to meet us in person when possible.  Our focus on technology has not removed that part of the advisory experience.  In many ways it has only enhanced it.  It is our intention to me in person as often as possible.  However, if you are not in the are and we need to be reached we can instantly be connected through video calling services such as FaceTime, Google Hangouts, Skype, and Zoom.

Have you ever lost your Quickbooks file or are you having a hard time getting information your accountant?  Quickbooks Online and other providers have developed new platforms that can be accessed anywhere in the world.  All of your bookkeeping can be done via your mobile phone.  You can invite us to your file and we can see it at anytime to make changes or monitor the account.

We have partnered with Gusto Payroll Service to handle all of our clients payroll and HR needs.  They make it easy to manage payroll and it can be completely automated to where you do not have to interact with it at all.  For companies with paper timesheets, we have technology through TimeSheets.com to manage collecting all of the employee hours that will integrate with Quickbooks and Gusto Payroll.  This is all done at a cheaper rate than ADP and Paychex can offer.

Whether we are in a meeting or you need to send us documents it can all be done via the cloud.  Send them through our Safe and Secure SmartVault platform or simply take a photo of your documents with your phone and text it to through our VOIP telephone service.  Sometimes our clients need a document for a bank loan or other immediate project.  We can send you the needed documents whether we are in the office or at another clients.  Those types of abilities allow our firm to give better and more responsive client service.  For the clients who prefer to handle documents the traditional way we offer scanning services that will allow them to be backed up for years.
